What’s the first step in getting your service advisor to buy into coaching and training? Being able to choose their own personal coach. After an interview process, they’ll have the opportunity to choose who guides them to their goals, and will be holding them accountable each week.

Together with your advisor we’ll listen to their recorded calls and train them based off of their needs that week/day. There isn’t a topic that we won’t cover and overcome. Building confidence with role play will verify their understanding and create muscle memory to increase lead conversation and sales.
