It was an eye opener to see what other service managers and fellow peers had to say about the way our shop operated and how the overall shop looked. It definitely opened my eyes up on procedures that needed to be implemented in our daily operating procedures. Having the opportunity to learn how to properly answer phones was amazing. The instructor Rena definitely can teach us all how to be more inquisitive and at the same time remaining professional on our conversations with clients. It was also nice to meet everyone in our PG3 group. I am looking forward to our event in 2021.
